Someone used my 10$ steam gift card.

My 10$ steam gift card arrived on Sep 8th. I copied and pasted the code onto steam on Sep 9th, but one message that says "The Steam Wallet code you have entered has already been redeemed. Steam Support is unable to issue you a new code." popped up. Apparently, someone used my code before me. Can gamekit give me a proper solution. I tried to contact gamekit in "help" but no one had responded me.

And I have never shared my password or the gift card's code.

Hello, Chengtao. Please wait for a response from support through your ticket. It can take up to 5 business days for them to respond.
Also, I would recommend contacting Steam support to ask when the code was used and who used it. This information can help support deal with the issue faster.
