It's not detecting my username

On this website it's not detecting my username and/or server, I've played some battles. Does it take a while for it to detect? or did I do something wrong?

05.07.2019, 22:29It's already fixed, it kept saying it couldn't find me, and then suddenly it found me and completed 2 quests. Thanx anyway.

Hello, dtclemmers. What is the error message that pops up when you try to enter your name? If it says that you will be notified when it is verified, then it is okay.
