The quality of the work done by our artists improves each year, and the requirements for the accuracy of the models they create grow respectively. Unfortunately, the in-game camera doesn't allow you to see all their details and beauty. In the Dry Dock show, you'll be able to see the refined beauty of our in-game models and duly appreciate the immaculate details of the various objects on their decks.
Today, we're focusing on Italian Premium battleship VIII Roma. This Vittorio Veneto-class ship had every right to be considered a first-class battleship by the standards of her time. Her full displacement is about 45,000 tons, she carries 381 mm artillery, has up to 350 mm-thick side armor, more than 60 AA guns, and a group of three aircraft—her numbers are impressive. Even though this battleship never saw action, the combat potential of this "monster" is clearly visible to everyone.
Take a look at the Italian battleship from an unusual angle in the latest episode of Dry Dock!
