Quest 2 screen shot

I've sent a picture of the receipt of the 4.99 purchase on the game, it was declined, I also sent a picture of the item that I got after the purchase, that was also declined, I sent both pictures to the email they provided, just got an email telling me they rejected my quest. So now I don't know what to do, what am I supposed to take a screenshot of for quest 2?

I can't see purchase history in game, how am I supposed to show the product in game?

Hello, hiriyb1. You can show the product in game by simply showing your premium currency or whatever it is that you bought from the shop.

@SwegSwuirtle when you say upload a screenshot are you talking about uploading it on this website or send it along with the forwarded email? I forwarded the email and attached the screenshot to the email. I also uploaded the screenshot of the in-game currency on the world map with my username and it got denied (they cited the same obscure instructions).
