I Made a payment for quest 4, and have the screenshot from the game, but where would the payment confirmation be found?

Hello, right now the best way to verify your payment is Paypal or Bank receipt. If you're paying via PayPal please send us the screenshot of the whole receipt containing its ID. If you're paying via credit or debit card then please send us email receipt from bank and listed transaction in your payment history, you may hide other transactions. The system is really weak right now, we are working on a fix to let users use other payment methods for this task.

Sorry. I also wanted to ask what, "screenshot from the game that you made one on e-mail: tasks@gamekit.com" meant when they were asking stuff for us to send. Also, how do you attach multiple screenshots if you also have to send order conformation?

Hello, gmodragonslayer! I am sorry for this delay, I strongly recommend joining our Discord for faster communication. If you used gift card please message Plarium support and request the history of your purchases. They usually answer in 24 hours so use that to your advantage. You don't need to attach multiple screens, you send multiple by email, you don't do that on Gamekit. Send only the most important image on Gamekit, everything to backup you can send by email. And yes, premium currency is gold.
