Which quest are you doing? If it's the one where you need to get a certain level, then you need to submit a screen shot of your hero's level and name. If it's the one where you have to complete 5 battles, this is easily achieved by attacking random players, can use the watch tower to find them.

the 5 battle thing, i did attack random players but its not working.

Did you win those 5 attacks on random players? It wont work on monsters, but after I finished my 5 attacks on a player and won those 5, the points were rewarded within an hour.

how the hell a person is supposed to attack anyone if all the targets are under a freaking peace treaty?

Nguyễn, I promise there are individuals, use the lookout tower to find targets near you to attack.

Literally everyone I try to attack is under a peace treaty making it impossible to attack. And the peace treaties last for 3 days!
