Nickname change

Is there a way to change a nickname after it's been entered? I'm trying to complete a quest and I entered a nickname that's incorrect.

I also did inputted the wrong nickname and sent in a ticket. However, the person I am talking to isn't being helpful at all. He is giving me vague answers and telling me that I am not allowed to change the nickname for it.
