You have to complete the previous quest. There is no way of knowing the upcoming quests and it is forbidden for you to know them beforehand.

Same here, I tried but the only option you have is waiting. Bet you can probably find some YouTube video or website in which it shows the upcoming quests though, you should give it a shot.
