Quest 3 Help Why are all the quests to reach level 10

Nickname or Full name..... I know it has to be identical, but are you guys asking for the nickname or the dang diddly Full name. The full name that consists of the First, Middle, and last name. I chose the nickname and I sent in my photo only for it to be denied since I put in the wrong name. In all accounts, I am not to blame for this action since no further instructions could be found when registering. Even clicking on the question mark to show the name wasn't much helpful at the least.

for a site that promises you free games, you seem to be extremely slow giving people their rewards and extremely sketchy when lying about how easy it is to get these rewards When you're literally ranting on receiving Free stuff. I mean, if it takes more than 2 days you're still getting free points in buying what you want. just suck it up.
