What are the quests? The last one requires premium currency

Aqueducts-140 diamond each... Any Good ways to get Diamonds? That's odd. Pretty much all of the quests I've seen on Gamekit were do-able within the time period provided without having to spend real money. That's the point of Gamekit right? But this quest asks for real money for the premium currency.

Question about 520 skin Wait so does that mean that you can technically get 520 skin but you'll just waste some points?
