Pretty much my last screenshot was denied due to "The nickname used in this site is different from the one used on this site" If this is true. Why was my last one accepted? Im really not getting this. Also before this fail I tried and the reason was please show your profile even tho it clearly showed my level and name.

29.06.2018, 23:09You were supposed to put your character's name. I think the best option is to contact support and ask them to change your nickname you submitted on Gamekit.

You were supposed to put the name that was visible on screen when you launched the game, different people accept screenshots and some deny more than others. I would recommend contacting support like Crew520 has told you to.
