Game Improvements

1. Displayed the level requirements for unlocking “Assistant”

2. Lowered the price of items in League Shop

3. Adjusted the level for unlocking X-Server Guilds from lv.120 to lv.110

4. Fixed some known issues and translation errors.

5. Removed New Year decorations
