Game never loads

It just shows the spinning dots and never actually loads up, when I go on a different server it works but I need to make a new account which then won't work because I need to be on my other account to get the points.
Please help.

12.08.2017, 18:19i didnt have to create a new account i just had to put in a name. and it didnt say that name was taken either but it did bring me back to level 1

13.08.2017, 22:50I had just done what Guypersonman did and just re-completed the levels again. So yeah its good now.
