New Server Caused Issues?

Firstly, many people are wondering where their levels went. A new server opened today (12) and you're logged into that by default. If you're like me, you were on server 11, so change it back and your levels are there.

Next, I can't seem to get past the loading screen when I try to fight something. The loading screen completes then the screen goes completely white. The music continues to play but I can't see or do anything. I have not been able to fix this yet. I have shut off ad block and have run CCleaner, nothing has worked. It wasn't doing this prior to the addition of the new server. I tried to start a battle on the new server and it doesn't work there either. Not sure what happened but this game is currently unplayable for me. Hope it's fixed soon.

Hi Ryokishine,
Try using a different browser like firefox, alternitively u could clear cookies and cache.

As the previous post explains... I cleared the Cache already when I ran CCleaner. Internet explorer didn't work either. Restarted PC as well... Nothing. Guess I'll just wait for someone else to solve it as asking Gamekit to do anything results in being banned/muted in discord.

Oh, and called a retard by a moderator. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, seriously. What an abuse of authority. You work for a game company so now you're better than all the other nerds out there? Get over yourselves.

It's the server. You can do route traces and see that there is latency and packets dropping. Further, using another server would mean starting all over again on a new server, though your progress on the previous server would still exist. You just have to keep trying and hope the service providers for the server you were using get their disturbances figured out.

MJ, I just wanted to say that I appreciate your replies. I'm not as technically savvy and don't know as much regarding route traces as you, but I decided to give up and wait it out, for sure. I also reported the issues with the moderator in question and have received verification that the issue will be dealt with - yay! Have a good one :)

Hello, Ryokishine. Please respond to my message on Gamekit as soon as possible so we can sorr out this issue.
Also, this issue is not on our end, so we do not know how it can be solved. We have to wait for a solution just like you would.
