If you don't recieve exp in a few hours, just scroll all they way down and click on CONTACT US, fill in your e-mail, pick "no PTS for the game" and write a message that you didn't recieve exp for Goodgame Empire, and if possible include a screenshot of your account.

happened to me too but i think it updates after some hours and you get them
