i dont get my points

Game: Game of thrones
I was waiting for my screenshot to get verified (challenge 1) and while that was happening i played a bit further in the game. I got to castle lvl 6 when the screenshot got verified. The next challenge (challenge 2) requires me to get castle lvl 5. I already have that, but i dont get my reward. Do i have to wait a day or what do i have to do?
