can't confirm nickname in gamekit

So in gamekit, it asks for my nickname which I gave but it said "sorry that username is already taken", so I entered in my Lord name but it also said that it was taken, i typed my name exactly how it is in game.

Hello, jbrian1005. If you can change your name, I recommend changing it to something more original. If you cannot find any way to change your name, you will have to contact support at https://gamekit.com/faq to see if they can do anything to help you.
