We prohibit having multiple accounts and under no circumstances can we tolerate such actions. If we detect Multi-Accounts, we will immediately suspend your account and ask for contact.
To unlock an account, delete every other account and leave only the main account.
ATTENTION - We consider the account with prize(s) received and sent (regardless of its value) as the main account, or if no delivery has taken place yet, the oldest account with the highest amount of points.
It is not possible to change the status of the main account. If you receive a prize on one account, you will not be able to receive prizes on another one, regardless of the number of points earned.
- More than one account on same device/connection
As per our rules, it is only permitted to create and use one account per device/connection. Due to the specific way our site works, we can not allow multi-usage of our services on the same device/connection. In case of a breach of this provision, the related accounts are treated as multi-accounts.
IMPORTANT: this means that if anyone who lives with you, or for any other reason, shares your internet connection or a device (computer, mobile phone etc.), creates an account on Gamekit, both of your accounts will be classified as multiple accounts.
- Sign in from another country
Due to the specific way our site works, we allow the use of our site only in the country in which the account was registered.
If a login from another country is detected, the account is automatically locked until you log back in from the country of registration. The account will then be unlocked automatically.
- Proxy / VPN
It is prohibited to use VPN, Proxy or other programs that result in a change of your IP address. Note that some web browsers and anti-virus programs have such features built-in and are automatically launched without your knowledge. This may cause a suspension of your account.
