Do I have to give gamekit my phone number to clain my giveaway or not?

I won a giveaway and I tried to claim it before is said to verify my phone number, my question is do I have to and is it safe to give them my number to them?
Ps- any help will be welcomed.

I'm pretty sure it's safe. I've been using this site since November and nothing bad has happend. You can trust them.
