So I purchased Diablo 3 with the required points (pts, 7,999) on 23/03/2017 (DD/MM/YYYY), and was told that the Maximum completion date is: today (28/03/2017), 11:23. It is currently 17:30, and I'm beginning to wonder if the game "purchased" with these points is a) legitimate (I will receive the game either in way of post or a CD-key in an email or message of some description) and b) when I will actually receive said game.
If anyone could provide answers, or if there's a better place to post these queries, please do so. Any insight would be appreciated.

It will eventually come. Just wait. Also, you can submit a support ticket regarding the issue for the quickest response from the team.

07.07.2017, 03:42it takes them extra long cause they get it from another russian site which is a lot cheaper. this is cause there is no region restriction for the game

The same can be said for Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls, however this was redeemed a few days after Diablo 3. NB: I have checked my emails and have not got an email from GameKit regarding either purchase.
