What are the last two updates for Aion?

Could anyone give me the most important changes in the latest updates? Haven't checked it out lately.

Aion always has updates, I dont really know the specific content but there are some changes that you can really feel.
- Once you reach a lvl and you have a new ability now you dont have to go and buy books to learn the ability, you automatically learn it, so is important that you check every lvl.
- They added one new hairstyle
- The maximum lvl will change from 65-75, therefore they will need to add more weapons, armors and maybe maps.
